Explain this, please. Evidently Schrenko is a smart lady. After all, she did make it to the top of the school board as a Superintendent, right? It seems to me that if she was going to embezzle funds (her personality seems to lend credence to that), she would have enough common sense to stay out of the money trail. Oh well. At least "innocence until proven guilty still holds true, even for her.
