Guess Kerry Washington's character stayed in Texas after the death penalty hearing she tried with Alan Shore. Speaking of, does he have a career of breaking hearts or what? At least enough common sense prevailed to let Shore and Crane stick around. Without them, Boston Legal would not exist.
